Use Rebuild if a till is showing bills the others are not, or missing some. It uploads anything still queued, then replaces this device's list with the server's.
Earlier sales — trading before this app
Totals for periods you have no bills for. Reports show them separately from billed sales, so the itemised numbers stay honest.
Devices
A correct password is not enough on its own — a machine can only sign in once you approve it here. When staff set up a new till it shows a six-letter code and waits; approve the matching one below and it lets itself in.

Bar stock — deliveries and counts
Only this screen can change stock. Staff can see the levels on the Menu tab but cannot alter them. Use Add stock when a delivery arrives and Set count after a stock take.
